What it is
Application Selection Registered Proprietary Data (ASRPD) carries proprietary data used during application selection (EMV 4.4 Book 1 §12.5). Each entry is keyed by a Proprietary Data Identifier registered with EMVCo, letting a scheme or domestic network influence selection without breaking interoperability.

Read during application selection from the FCI Issuer Discretionary Data (BF0C) or a directory entry (73).
