Swift's SR2026 plan required every institution to be able to receive camt.111 investigation responses in MX from 14 Nov 2026. SR2026 was deferred on 27 Aug 2026; the deferred release, set on 21 Sep 2026 for 12 June 2027, includes the exceptions-and-investigations messages. Confirm on swift.com when the camt.111 obligation applies.

Overview
camt.111 carries the response to an investigation: status, structured answer data (e.g. corrected value date, confirmation of credit), and resolution details. Paired with camt.110 it retires the free-text investigation MTs.
